What you'll do...

  • Guaranteed daily rate starting at $800/day during the orientation period (based on experience and clinical capabilities)
  • Adjusted production compensation beginning at 32%, with opportunities to increase through the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay Program
  • No cap on your earning potential

What we require you have...

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Experience with treatment planning, patient education, and comprehensive dental care
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
