Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Albany, GA. This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $225K guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
• 30% production in year two
• $25K sign-on bonus
• Full benefits + malpractice, DEA, and dues covered
• $2,500 CE allowance + in-house CE

Albany, GA – Southwest Georgia

• North: Macon, GA – ~100 miles
• South: Tallahassee, FL – ~90 miles
• East: Tifton, GA – ~50 miles
• West: Dothan, AL – ~90 miles

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD
• Georgia license (or in process)
• CPR/BLS
• Strong communication and team mindset
