Blue Jay Dental has an amazing client with a need for a general dentist to start immediately in Keene, NH.

Practice Type: General Dentistry
Office Type: Small Group Practice
Dentist Skills Needed: Great Communicator that is teachable
Expected Monthly Production: 70-90K

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Base Salary to Start?: TBD at interviewCompensation
Package: 33% of Collections minus 33% Lab
Benefits: Client pays Malpractice, 50% of Single Subscriber Health Insurance, $1000/per year towards CE, Help with Moving Expenses- amount to be determined

PRACTICE INFORMATION
Days Needed Per Week: M,T,Th, F, no Saturdays
Avg Pts Per Day: 8-10, plus periodic exams in Hygiene rooms, and Same Day Treatment if time allows
Caseload Ration Adults/Kids: 9 adults to 1 child
Reimbursements Accepted: Delta PPO, no Medicaid
Number of other Dentists: 4

Equipment in Office: Digital Xray, Cerec, Diagnodent, radiosurge
Are Computers in Ops / Paperless?: Computers in Ops, with digital records

Comments: Client has a very friendly, pleasant staff that are "people helpers". They have modern offices, great equipment and they use top rated materials. For new dentists, the owner is available for questions, and once each week they  will meet to discuss cases and treatment. Once each month they have a training day. The owner and  all dentist staff gather at an office and train on systems and procedures.
