Community Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist to join Family Smiles of Kingsville, a two-doctor, family-focused dental practice in Kingsville, Texas. What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
• Practice with clinical autonomy while having access to mentorship and support when needed.
• Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
• Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active or eligible Texas dental license.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in mentorship, professional development, and continued clinical growth.
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to a positive dental office culture.
• New graduate dentists and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $40,000 total sign-on and lodging bonus.
• Potential income: $420,000-$470,400 yearly.
