Founded in 1970, East Valley Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) whose services include providing personalized, affordable, high-quality medical, dental, vision and behavioral health care through a community-based network within the East San Gabriel Valley and Pomona Communities.

Our staff practices patient-centered care by serving each patient with a personalized care plan that meets their individual needs. Our patients have access to support services that include nutrition, health education, case management, pharmacy, lab, and x-ray at our health center locations. East Valley serves the health care needs of uninsured and underserved individuals and families throughout our 8 health center locations.

Major Position Responsibilities and Functions:

• Direct delivery of dental services.
• Adheres to EVCHC's Dental and Medical Clinic Protocol and Policies.
• Follows established industry guidelines.
• Supervises clinical auxiliaries, as required by law and the needs of EVCHC.
• Participates in program development through consultation with the Dental Director.
• Oversees and promotes cost efficiency measures within the dental practice as appropriate.
• Maintains quality assurance standards and works closely with the Dental Director.
• Participates in provider meetings and activities.
• Participates in other activities as required by the Dental Director.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD Degree
• Current California dental license in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
• Current CPR certified
• Bilingual in English/Spanish desired but not required
• Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheet programs

Compensation and Benefits:

• DOE: $150,000 - $167,107
