This is not a ramp-up role—you'll walk into a schedule, not build one.

Part-Time Schedule

• Tuesdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Consistent, predictable two-day schedule with strong assistant support and a high-functioning front office.

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee (first 3–6 months)
• Collections-Based Model (99%+ collection rate):
  • 30% up to $35K/month
  • 31% from $35K–$40K
  • 32% from $40K–$45K
  • 33% over $45K

High earning potential supported by strong reimbursements and consistent volume.

• Technology: CBCT, intraoral scanners, diode lasers, fully digital workflows
• Payor Mix: PPO & FFS only (no Medicaid / no HMO)

‍ Clinical Scope

We're looking for a dentist comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Bread & butter restorative (efficient, high-quality execution)
• Endodontics (mandibular molars preferred; complex cases can be referred)
• Oral surgery (surgical extractions preferred; advanced cases can be referred)
• Crowns, bridges, and comprehensive treatment planning

Bonus: Implant placement experience—or interest in expanding into it
