Dental Dentist - Contract Position in Mexia, TX | $140/hr | August - November 2026

Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Provide general and advanced dental care to residents at the facility and in the community
  • Perform thorough examinations, diagnose dental issues, and develop treatment plans
  • Document clinical encounters accurately using electronic health records
  • Implement best practices ensuring patient safety and care quality
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate treatment plans effectively
  • Follow all facility protocols aligning with accreditation standards (CMS, HHSC, MSSLC policies)
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications, including BLS and DEA registration

What You Need
  • Current, unrestricted Texas dental license (via TDLR)
  • DEA registration without restrictions
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association (current)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of dental practice experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
