We’re hiring a Dentist in Monroe, New York who wants predictable hours and strong clinical support.

You’ll step into a role focused on bread and butter dentistry, seeing 13 to 15 patients per day in a 2-room model with full support staff. This is a structured schedule that allows autonomy in your clinical decision-making while maintaining strong operational support.

Why this role is compelling
• Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexible 8, 10, or 11-hour shifts
• Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• One Sunday per month, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - when you work on a Sunday, you'll have an additional day off during the week
• 13 to 15 patients per day
