Position Overview
General Dentist – Full Time
Experience Required: 1–2 Years Minimum

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active New Jersey dental license in good standing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with a focus on quality and patient comfort

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and board requirements

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
  • Paid based on guaranteed hourly rate or percentage of collections (whichever is higher)
