We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a well-established, high-producing family dental practice in San Antonio, Texas. This thriving practice is part of a respected, doctor-focused dental organization that supports its providers with modern technology, strong clinical autonomy, and an experienced administrative team, allowing dentists to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, established patient base with immediate production potential while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.

About the Position

• Full-time General Dentist
• Start date: September–October
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required
• Bread-and-butter general dentistry with opportunities to perform endodontics and extractions
• Invisalign or clear aligner therapy experience is a plus
• Join a busy, established practice with three dentists and three hygienists
• Modern digital office featuring advanced technology, including CBCT imaging
• PPO and fee-for-service patient base (no HMO)
• Seeking a productive, team-oriented dentist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $900 daily guarantee for the first five months
• Transition to 33–35% of collections (based on experience)
• $2,000 annual CE allowance
