You’ll work alongside an owner dentist who is an Associate Fellow Implantologist (AAID), offering hands-on mentorship in both surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry.

Schedule

• Flexible 3–4 days per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive daily guarantee or 35% of collections (whichever is higher)
• Earning potential: $120,000 – $300,000+ annually based on production
• Full schedule and steady patient flow from day one
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $500 annual CE allowance
• Uniform allowance provided

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality restorative care (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Perform extractions and select endodontic procedures
• Provide removable prosthetics, including partials and dentures
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active New York dental license (required)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused
• Comfortable with general dentistry procedures
• New grads and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
