Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and caring dentist for our client's dental office. This is a very reputable practice, with modern equipment and a wonderful staff. They are seeking a full time dentist with some experience.
The office has a wonderful and busy patient base already developed as the current associate is relocating. A full time dentist can expect to produce 70K - 80K per month or more, depending on procedures. They're offering a very competitive compensation package, with benefits, retirement plan and CE stipend for the right associate.
They have a great team of assistants, hygienists and front desk that all work very well together. General restorative procedures is all that is required. If a dentist is proficient in advanced procedures, that would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose dental conditions using medical imaging and anatomical knowledge.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care.
- Utilize dental fabrication techniques for crowns, bridges, and other restorations to ensure functional and aesthetic results.
- Maintain accurate medical records and document all treatments in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to safeguard patient health during procedures.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care, including pediatric dentistry when applicable.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including proficiency in software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar systems.
Requirements
- Valid dental license or ability to obtain one in Georgia
- 2 + years of experience or a residency completed
- DDS or DMD degree
