We’re hiring a Dentist who wants a four-day workweek, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to expand access to dental care throughout Northern Kentucky.
You’ll step into a clinical role providing portable dental services within area school systems. You’ll diagnose and treat oral health conditions, perform general dental procedures, develop treatment plans, review diagnostics, and educate patients on preventive care while working within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

• You have a DMD or DDS degree

Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation package: $180,000, including base salary, production, and quality incentives
• Sign-on bonus: $20,000 after 90 days
• Health insurance with PPO and HSA options, with employer contributions toward coverage
• Employer-supported dental & vision insurance
• Employer-paid $80,000 life insurance benefit
• PTO: 240 hours
• Up to 9 paid holidays plus your birthday
• CME & licensing: Up to $4,600 for CME and license fees
• Retirement: 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match and immediate vesting
• NHSC student loan repayment eligibility
• Relocation reimbursement: Up to $3,000
