POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing primary health care to center patients within the structure of the family practice model; in addition, serves on committees, discharges administrative responsibilities, attends departmental meetings; participates in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from an accredited dental school. Current New York State license is required. Must also have current: • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification • Infection control certification • DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) Registration

Ambulatory - 95% Sedentary - 5% Subject to stress and Fatigue Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination when working with patients and equipment Subject to repeated bending, squatting and stooping Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range
