We are seeking a skilled dentist to join our client's busy office. Our client is seeking a full time dentist for 4 or 5 days per week. They are needing a dentist with 3+ years of experience.
This is a busy office with all modern equipment! They have an amazing team of assistants, hygienists and front desk, that all work very well together. They are a mix of fee for service, PPOs and HMOs, but no Medicaid.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in various dental practices. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can enhance your skills in general dentistry. The office has all modern equipment and lots of patients already established.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
- If experienced in advanced procedures like endo, extractions or implants that is a big plus but it is not required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix software.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
- Proficient knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.
- Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records efficiently.
- Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health and treatment.
- Ability to fabricate dental appliances as needed for patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pa.tients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
