A Dentist is needed in West Plains, Missouri.
West Plains is a welcoming community in the heart of the Ozarks, known for its small-town pride, excellent schools, and affordable property values. This position is with a mission-driven community health center providing high-demand dental care to children and families across multiple rural counties.
Salary and Benefits
- $140,000+ base salary for new graduates (higher for experienced dentists)
- Eligible for federal student loan repayment programs – High HPSA score

Responsibilities
- Full-time, outpatient role with the option to work 4 or 5 days/week
- Provide comprehensive dental care to children from birth to age 17
- Well-established referral network to pediatric dental specialists
- Not currently accepting new adult patients; may provide care to established adult patients
- Average of 16 patients per day – bread-and-butter dentistry
- Possible weekly rotation to satellite clinic in Thayer, MO
- Services include, but are not limited to: exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, some root canals (no implants)
- Collaborate with 3 full-time dentists and a team of hygienists
- No call responsibilities
- EMR system used for documentation
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active or eligible dental license in the state of Missouri
- New graduates welcome to apply
