We’re hiring a Dentist in West Plains, Missouri who wants meaningful patient care, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to practice without the pressure of a high-volume production model.

You’ll step into an outpatient dental role focused primarily on pediatric and family dental care. You'll have significant autonomy, strong clinical support, and the flexibility to help shape your schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: up to $195,000 
• Performance bonus up to $25,000 per year
• Health insurance: Employer pays 100% of employee coverage

• 22 PTO days plus 9 paid holidays
• CME: $3,000 allowance plus 1 week CME leave
