Our growing, multi-office dental group is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our practice in Erie, PA. Whether you're an experienced dentist or a recent graduate looking for mentorship, you'll have the support, technology, and patient flow needed to succeed from day one.

Compensation
- Base salary of $200,000+ annually
- Earn up to $700,000 annually based on production
- Guaranteed daily rate during your first 6 months

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans
- Provide restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and fillings
- Perform simple extractions
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Collaborate with specialists for implant, endodontic, and complex surgical cases
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Thursday with optional Fridays
- 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for licensure
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality dentistry
