    GraceMed Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and strong leader for a Chief Dental Officer to join our collaborative care team in Wichita, Kansas.     Youll work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other leadership to deliver high-quality dental care while helping shape clinical excellence across the practice.

    Position Overview

    As Chief Dental Officer at GraceMed, you will:

    • Oversee the management and supervision of all dental staff
    • Create, update, and approve treatment protocols
    • Manage the training of all dentists and answer any questions that come up
    • Provide comprehensive dental evaluations and treatment
    • Diagnose and manage dental conditions
    • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
    • Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure quality outcomes
    • Participate in clinical leadership and mentorship initiatives
    • Support compliance, infection control, and quality improvement efforts

    Ideal Candidate

    Requirements

    • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
    • Active Kansas dental license
    • Kansas prescribing authority
    • CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

    Preferred Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of dental experience, preference to those with dental leadership experience
    • FQHC or community/public health experience preferred
    • Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
