• Providing attentive leadership and supporting employees in delivering incredible patient care and efficient dental services
• Working flexible hours to appropriately meet business needs
• Creating employee schedules to make sure we can appropriately meet patients' needs
• Making sure all employee activities and documentation are regulatory compliant
• Solving problems as they pop up, answering questions, and working with team members to make every day a great one!
