A fast?growing, nationwide real estate organization is seeking a Senior Yardi Voyager Systems Administrator to join a small, high?execution team. The technology team uses AI and LLM tools as a primary productivity multiplier, and values outcomes over credentials.
This role is onsite Monday-Friday in Denver, CO and offers the opportunity to own and evolve a mission?critical enterprise systems environment.
Role Overview
This organization operates on third?party enterprise software, with Yardi Voyager as the core property management platform. Supporting systems include data aggregation services, market data providers, credit and risk platforms, and document extraction tools.
This role owns the Yardi Voyagercentric systems ecosystem end?to?end. You will configure platforms, manage vendors, lead implementations, train users, handle escalated support issues, and ensure accurate data flow between systems. This is not a software engineering roleyou are the systems owner and administrator, with real authority over configuration and workflow decisions.
The role is designed for a senior individual contributor with strong Yardi experience who uses AI?driven workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to learn platforms quickly, solve integration challenges, and create durable documentation and training.
Youll work directly with the CTO, have visibility into business priorities, and autonomy to drive system decisions.
What Youll Do- Own Yardi Voyager administration and configuration across multiple modules, from kickoff through go?live
- Lead software implementations as new platforms and Yardi modules are introduced
- Evaluate new vendors, advise on platform selection, and manage onboarding
- Serve as the primary contact for Yardi support and third?party software vendors
- Configure and maintain integrations between Yardi Voyager and other enterprise systems
- Define integration requirements and validate outcomes for custom data pipelines
- Establish and maintain data governance standards and system ownership
- Develop and maintain Yardi user training materials and internal documentation
- Support internal users by resolving system issues or coordinating with vendors
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access controls
- Continuously improve workflows using AI?assisted tools and automations
Ongoing Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance Yardi Voyager configurations as the organization scales
- Monitor integrations for data quality issues, failures, and schema changes
- Onboard new data sources and enterprise platforms
- Manage vendor renewals, escalations, and implementation timelines
- Keep system and integration documentation current
- Iterate on training materials based on user feedback
- Extend data governance practices as new systems come online
- Explore new AI tools to improve system administration and support workflows
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have- Hands?on Yardi Voyager experience (implementation, configuration, or administration of one or more modules)
- 3+ years of experience administering or implementing enterprise software platforms
- Practical experience using LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily work
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into reliable system solutions
- Strong communication skills across technical and non?technical stakeholders
- Experience managing vendors and holding partners accountable
- Ability to create clear, usable training materials for business users
- Comfort working independently in a fast?paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and bias toward action
Bonus Points- Experience with other real estate or property management systems (MRI, RealPage, CoStar, ARGUS, AppFolio, etc.)
- Experience with Yardi integrations or third?party data connectors
- Background in commercial real estate, proptech, or property management
- Experience building AI?powered operational workflows
- Familiarity with data governance or ETL concepts
- Prior help desk or internal application support experience
