General Labor / Departer Location: Streetsboro, OH
We are currently hiring 2 General Labor / Departers for our Streetsboro facility. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking for a stable, full-time position with competitive pay.
Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour
Shift:
Regular Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Training Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM for the first few weeks.
Mon-Friday. No weekends. Lots of OT!
Responsibilities:
Remove castings from molds and prepare them for the next stage of production
Inspect parts for defects and quality standards
Grind, clean, and finish products as needed
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable transportation and attendance
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
