Responsibilities:
The Department Coordinator IV serves as administrative support for the Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine division's Adult Critical Care physician leaders, as well as assigned adult critical care faculty and designated clinical staff. This support encompasses coordination of complex physician schedule, management of inpatient service coverage models, facilitation of multidisciplinary workflows and compliance requirements. The coordinator will provide critical infrastructure for faculty, educational and academic programs while serving as the central liaison between clinical staff, divisional and hospital leadership and institutional partners. This integrated support framework enables faculty to focus on patient care, education and research while maintaining operational excellence across high-acuity critical care environments.
