Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support a team of electrical designers and engineers.
• Participate in staffing decisions, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager on workload distribution and project assignments.
• Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert during client meetings and interviews.

• Lead electrical design for building systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecom/data systems.
• Perform calculations and layouts for lighting, circuits, and switchgear.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and system evaluations to develop optimal solutions.

• Work with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support proposal development and help define project scope and fees.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

• Identify new service opportunities and support business growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program is required.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required; must obtain the Wyoming PE license upon hire if currently licensed in another state.
• 7-15 years of progressive experience in electrical design, project engineering, or project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in building electrical systems is a must.
• Skilled in electrical design software (Visual, Elum Tools), and MS Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
