Department leaders will manage and supervise up to 50 employees. Duties include organizing open jobs, delegating tasks to employees, setting goals for the day and following through to see they are completed. This is a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and organization are a must. Great computer skills with Microsoft office and Job Boss E2 experience are desired. Production management experience required.
