Department of OB & GYN - OB/GYN - Pittsburgh

Allegheny Health Network is recruiting full time OB/GYNs to join our growing teams in various facilities within Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

• AHN boasts five labor and delivery hospitals across its health system. Obstetricians work exclusively out of one hospital and are not required to have privileges at all five L&Ds.
• Our multidisciplinary team includes robust programs in maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, reproductive medicine, and more. 
• AHN OB-GYNs are supported by physician assistants with 24/7 coverage on labor and delivery across all hospitals. There are many teaching opportunities available across the network with AHNs student clerkship and medical residency programs.
• Unique to AHN, we offer care for women experiencing mental health challenges including an intensive outpatient program for mothers struggling with depression and anxiety through our Alexis DAchille Center for Perinatal Mental Health and Womens Behavioral Health Programs.
• Other notable programs offered to AHN patients include CenteringPregnancy, Perinatal Hope Program for substance use disorder in pregnancy, Olivias Angels Perinatal Palliative Care Program, midlife care services, Cardio Obstetrics Clinic, OB-GYN Mobile Clinic, and more.

Job Duties:

• Ability to do core obstetrics and gynecological care
• Ability to do laparoscopic surgery required
• Full scale office practice

Job Qualifications:

• Completion of ACGME approved Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency  
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology  
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) 
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
