    Brightside for Families and Children a member of Trinity Health of New England is looking for a Department Secretary to join our team.

    The Per Diem Department Secretary is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients of Brightside. Provides secretarial and administrative support to the FST/CSP programs to ensure timely billing of services and management of client records.

    What will you do:

    • Accurately files patient medical records in accordance to established procedures.

    • Reviews current and closed medical records daily to sort, arrange and file updated reports, encounter forms and other information into charts according to established chart order.

    • Assist in assuring that medical records are in compliance with COA and various insurance review procedures.

    • Assist FST/CSP in other miscellaneous duties, such as photo copying and maintaining policy and procedure manuals.

    • Assist FST/CSP programs in rating quarterly treatment plans for review through QIC.

    • Enters weekly CSP charges into billing system.

    • Checks all open Mass health clients to ensure coverage.

    • Enters mileage into spreadsheet and tracks clinician expenses.

    • Creates files for each clinician and coordinator and tracks productivity units

    Requirements:

    • Education: High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required.

    • Excellent computer abilities.

    • Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow written and verbal directions with multiple steps.

    • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team treatment model.
