The Deployment Engineer is responsible for hardware installation, testing, and troubleshooting at client sites, focusing on inmate services hardware.
- Conducts site walkthroughs to assess infrastructure needs and supports deployment planning.
- Installs and configures hardware such as kiosks, charging stations, and network equipment, ensuring safety and proper setup.
- Troubleshoots connectivity and hardware issues, collaborating with internal teams to restore service.
- Communicates effectively with clients and internal staff, providing professional service and technical support.
- Manages multiple tasks independently in fast-paced environments, with a focus on safety and security in correctional settings.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, cloud and network knowledge, hardware skills, and willingness to travel. Background checks are mandatory.
