Come join a growing Salesforce Practice and work on impactful projects with a collaborative team.Who are you?You are an experienced Deployment Manager with a strong background in Salesforce implementations, particularly within CPQ (Steelbrick) and/or Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM). You excel at leading deployment planning and execution across complex, multi-phase implementations, ensuring high-quality releases and seamless transitions to production.You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced consulting environments. You bring a strong understanding of release management, environments, and governance, and can effectively coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver successful outcomes.What you get to do:
Own and manage the end-to-end deployment strategy for Salesforce CPQ and/or ARM implementations.
Plan, coordinate, and execute releases across multiple environments (dev, QA, UAT, production).
Define and enforce deployment governance, processes, and best practices.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure release readiness.
Manage release schedules, dependencies, risks, and communication across project teams.
Oversee code and configuration migration using tools such as CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
Lead go-live planning activities including cutover strategy, rollback planning, and hypercare support.
Ensure proper testing and validation processes are completed prior to deployment.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) support and defect triage related to releases.
Monitor and resolve deployment issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, tools, and standards.
Maintain documentation for release processes, deployment procedures, and environment management.
Partner with clients to align deployment strategy with business priorities and timelines.
What you bring to the role:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, with a focus on deployment or release management.
