Deployment & Release Integration Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deployment & Release Integration Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The candidate is responsible for leading enterprise-wide software deployment planning, release coordination, governance, and execution. This role serves as the central point of accountability for ensuring releases are delivered in a controlled, secure, compliant, and business-aligned manner while minimizing operational risk and service disruption. Summary: The Deployment & Release Integration Manager will coordinate activities across application development, infrastructure, cloud, security, operations, vendors, and business teams to ensure successful release execution. This individual will oversee release readiness reviews, deployment schedules, risk management, change control processes, and post-release continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise release calendars, deployment schedules, and release roadmaps
• Coordinate deployment activities across application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and business teams
• Lead release planning meetings, readiness reviews, and major deployment war rooms
• Manage release dependencies, resource coordination, and execution timelines
• Assess deployment risks and establish mitigation and contingency plans
• Ensure adherence to change management, governance, compliance, and security requirements
• Validate testing results, rollback procedures, and deployment readiness criteria
• Serve as the primary integration point between technology and business stakeholders
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies, resource conflicts, and deployment challenges
• Drive continuous improvement of release management processes, automation, and operational efficiency
• Develop release metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to release management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Management, IT Operations, Project Management, or related disciplines
• 3+ years leading enterprise-wide release and deployment activities across multiple technology teams
• Experience managing production deployments in complex, highly integrated environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation tools, and DevOps practices
• Experience with ServiceNow Change Management and ITSM processes
• Experience conducting risk assessments, issue management, and deployment governance activities
• Experience working within Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and Change Management frameworks
• Strong knowledge of release management methodologies, deployment processes, and operational readiness planning
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure operations, and cybersecurity requirements
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL, PMP, Scrum Master, or Release Management-related certification
• Experience supporting highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Experience implementing release automation and process improvement initiatives
