Deposit Operations Specialist - Forest, VA

This position is responsible for enhancing the Deposit Operations Department in performing ACH related functions including, but not limited to Death Notifications, Treasury Reclamations, ACH Returns & Corrections and Return Ratio reporting for the Bank's Board of Directors. Employee is responsible for debit card related reporting and maintenance. This position is also responsible for assisting with Debit Card, Check, and ACH fraud claims. High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Ability to deal effectively with internal/external customers. Ability to recognize irregular or suspicious transactions and take appropriate steps to prevent loss. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High Level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Some overtime and travel required. This is a full-time, in-person position in Forest, VA 24551.
