Overview
The Deposit Operations Specialist II supports complex deposit operations functions to ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires advanced operational expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and subject matter knowledge in designated focus areas such as Deposit Escrow, IRA/HSA, and Abandoned Property. This position contributes to operational excellence by maintaining data integrity, supporting audits and reporting, providing guidance to internal teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
Deposit Operations Execution and Oversight
Support audits, reporting, and documentation efforts across assigned functions
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
Manage due diligence, escheatment processes, and legal or regulatory inquiries as applicable
Product and Subject Matter Support
Provide guidance and technical assistance to branches, call centers, and internal partners
Training, Documentation, and Collaboration
Partner with IT, Marketing, Legal, Audit, and other internal teams on system updates, testing, and initiatives
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance
Qualifications
Specialized certifications related to IRA, HSA, or other assigned products preferred
