Summary Description

Responsible for executing critical functions within the Deposit Operations division, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency in daily operations.

Essential Functions

  • Track and file either digitally or physically required documents pertaining to deposit accounts
  • Perform deposit maintenance on core system and auxiliary software systems
  • Process and support card functions
  • Process and support IRA functions
  • Process wire transfer requests
  • Process exception items including but not limited to deposit non-post, incoming returns and ACH disputes
  • Perform quality control reviews on all deposit functions
  • Review and/or work periodic deposit reports
  • Adherence to all regulatory compliance policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both customers and branches

Position Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6-12 months general banking or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of bank reconcilement procedures preferred
  • Work is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
  • Typically, the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending, and carrying light items during work.
