FULL DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train new incoming medical admins and assistants
* Place calls to confirm appointments, interpreters, court reporters for worker's comp claims
* Schedule doctors and medical assistants for shifts
* Handle medical charts digitally and manually
*Insurance verifications
*Assist with front and back office duties as needed
Requirements:
* Proficient Data Entry and Typing skills
* Basic computer software knowledge (MS Office Suite, ShareFile, Google
Calendar, others as needed)
*Experience as a medical assistant or medical admin
*Experience with training and supervision
* Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Bilingual preferred
* Workers' Compensation / Medicolegal experience preferred
$18-$22 DOE
