Pay: $18.75-$19.00 per hour, paid weekly
Hours: Flexible Schedule | 2nd Shift Preferred (2:00 PM 10:00 PM) | Option to work four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts

Overview
Seeking a dependable Depot Repair Assistant to support the repair and refurbishment of medical devices in a fast-paced depot repair environment. This is a hands-on role focused on cleaning, packaging, documenting, and preparing equipment for repair and shipment. No direct repair experience is required candidates with transferable skills, recent graduates, and those re-entering the workforce are encouraged to apply.
Job Description
  • Decontaminate medical devices using provided PPE and established safety procedures.
  • Assist technicians with basic repair and cosmetic restoration activities.
  • Inspect incoming equipment for damage, fluid spills, upgrades, or repair needs.
  • Document incoming and outgoing equipment using Oracle, Service AllianceTM, and Microsoft Office.
  • Prepare, package, and ship repaired equipment to customers.
  • Assemble shipping materials and transport finished products to the warehouse.
  • Disassemble scrap machines and recover reusable components for refurbishment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and environmental management requirements.
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned.
Required Skills
  • Comfortable performing hands-on work with equipment and packaging.
  • Able to wear required PPE, including masks, gloves, and other protective equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software.
  • Reliable work ethic with a strong focus on safety.
  • Ability to lift, move, and package equipment throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, production, or repair experience.
  • Experience working in a safety-focused environment.
  • Recent graduates or individuals returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
  • Preferred 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Flexible start times available (examples include 12:00 PM 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM 10:00 PM)
  • Option to work:
    • Four 10-hour shifts, or
    • Five 8-hour shifts
Duration
  • 6-month contract
  • Potential for extension or conversion to a full-time employee based on performance
