Responsible for assisting the Director in leading and developing the Health Services line of business. Support in the management of all operational phases from business capture to requirements delivery, driving the growth and stability of the Health Services Division. Establish and ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets. Participate in proposing, negotiating, and preparing contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Develop solutions for business capture and ongoing programs. Direct assigned Program Managers, peers, and subordinates from various teams, departments, and companies. Form, mature, and grow teams to accomplish program objectives with increasing complexity. Assist in establishing procedures and work instructions that produce consistency and quality. Must be capable of identifying and overcoming problems with minimal supervision.
Forms teams and supervises Program Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, and Team Leads as assigned.
Requirements

Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy.
Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for handling and working with small objects. Seeing up close, must not be color blind and must be able to wear protective eye wear. Work is performed in an office environment the majority of the time. Long hours may be needed by project demand.
