The Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center (ADC) is an accredited public safety agency dedicated to providing secure, safe, and humane services for the citizens of Prince William County, the City of Manassas, and the City of Manassas Park.

The ADC is seeking a Senior Business Services Administrator (Deputy Director of Financial Services) to assist with all financial operations and key administrative support functions that drive operational excellence.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Services and serving as a key member of the leadership staff, this position plays a critical role in fiscal management and organizational performance.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 8 years of related experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Typical hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week).
HIRING RANGE:
$108,814.88 to $147,220.13 annually
FLSA:
Exempt
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Positions in this class typically require reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. May also require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
