TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Deputy Program Manager to support daily operations and execution of a high-volume government program.
This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the Winchester, VAand/or Clarksburg, WV area. Telework is not permitted.
The Deputy Program Manager plays a vital role in supporting operational continuity, workforce coordination, and issue resolution. This role ensures that program objectives are met while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
This position supports a Government program responsible for analytical and operational support services. The Deputy Program Manager assists leadership in maintaining workflow performance and staffing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Program Manager in daily contract execution.
- Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training coordination.
- Monitor operational performance and staffing levels.
- Support risk management and issue resolution.
- Serve as acting Program Manager when required.
- Participate in Government meetings and briefings.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required.
- FBI or FBI-accepted Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph required.
- Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) or more years of relevant experience in government or classified environments.
- Experience supporting program management on federal contracts.
- Strong organizational and personnel coordination skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government facility access.
