Chenega Enterprise Systems and Solutions LLC., a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support the delivery and execution of a federally funded administrative and analytical services contract. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) supports the PM in execution of the contract and assumes responsibility for assigned functional areas, ensuring efficient task execution, risk management, and alignment with performance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support PM in all aspects of contract execution
  • Assume responsibility for assigned operational areas
  • Assist with staffing oversight and workload distribution
  • Participate in PMRs and program reporting
  • Support risk management and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with PM and QAM to maintain quality standards
  • Ensure operational coverage across contract performance areas
  • Assist in meeting performance metrics and production requirements
  • Serve as alternate point of contact when PM is unavailable
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in program management or leadership support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting federal or intelligence-related programs
  • Experience in analytical or operations-heavy environments

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Task coordination and execution support
  • Problem-solving and risk management
  • Effective communication with leadership and staff
  • Operational planning and workforce coordination
