Deputy Prosecuting Attorney

The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking a full-time deputy prosecuting attorney. This deputy prosecutor would be primarily responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor and Level 6 felonies. Additionally, this deputy will be responsible for prosecuting OWI Causing Serious Bodily Injury and OWI Causing Death cases. The position requires working in a fast-paced and busy court with a team of three other deputy prosecutors on a daily basis to coordinate schedules and court duties.QualificationsDoctor of Jurisprudence degree and a license to practice law in the state of Indiana.Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills.Ability to work both independently and work well with others as a team player.The annual salary is $102,000.00, and county benefits are available.
