About The Role:
Working as part of our Americas Client Solutions team, you’ll leverage your relationship management and analytical skills to deliver proactive, day-to-day client support.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide proactive daily client support,
- Developing strong partnerships and driving operational efficiencies.
- Leverage technical expertise to resolve trade, commission, fee, and brokerage discrepancies through root-cause analysis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and escalations, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and strengthen controls.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid knowledge of Futures and Options markets
- Familiarity with major global exchanges and clearing processes
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas
- Hybrid role based in our Chicago office
