About the Role:
Elite Dermatology PLLC is looking for a motivated and compassionate Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our growing team in Tomball, TX. 

Responsibilities:
  • Room patients and document chief complaints, medical histories, and vital signs accurately in the EMR system
  • Assist dermatology providers during skin exams, biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic procedures
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and stocking of supplies
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare regimens, and post-procedure care instructions
  • Handle pathology specimens according to established protocols
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical safety standards
Requirements:
  • Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Prior experience in dermatology or a specialty clinic strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation
  • Knowledge of dermatology procedures, terminology, and skincare treatments a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
