Job Title: General Dermatologist Baltimore Area

Required Skills:
Full spectrum general dermatology expertise: medical, surgical, and cosmetic
Board certified or board eligible dermatologist (ABMS recognized)
Comfortable practicing across all dermatology disciplines
Recent residency graduates (2025 and 2026) encouraged to apply
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic setting with established and new practice environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree with successful completion of dermatology residency
Experience practicing in a busy clinical setting (preferred but not required for recent graduates)
Other Requirements:
Board certification or eligibility (ABMS recognized)
Candidate must be comfortable practicing across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
No licensure or certification specifics provided beyond the need for board eligibility or certification
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary + 45% of collections (uncapped)
Generous signing bonus and relocation assistance
Employed position with shareholder/partnership track opportunity
PA/NP supervision income potential up to $200K annually
