Location: Broadway Medical Clinic, NE Portland, Oregon

Our clinic, located in the heart of the Hollywood District in NE Portland, offers on-site diagnostic imaging and laboratory services.

Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive dermatology services, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
• No call responsibilities, ensuring excellent work-life balance.
• Flexible FTE options: Full-time 4-day workweek, no weekends or holidays required or part-time 2-3 day workweek
• Supportive work environment with a dedicated team, consisting of one other dermatologist and two PAs, and an RN for patient triage, portal messages, procedural assisting and patient education.
• Dedicated Medical Assistant Support: Each physician/provider is assigned a dedicated Medical Assistant to streamline daily operations, including handling prior authorizations and scribing duties.
• Patient Service Coordinator assists with appointment scheduling, patient outreach, referrals, and document management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time base salary is $415,000 - $440,000 with a 2-year guarantee
  • Ability to earn production incentive bonuses immediately
    • Strong referral networking consisting of Broadway's 17 primary care physicians, plus community waitlist for dermatology visits.
  • Partnership/Shareholder after 2-years of employment
• Full benefits package including:
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 2 weeks of paid CME days.
  • $3,500 CME stipend annually.
  • Licensing fees, insurance participation fees, malpractice insurance, and a significant portion of health insurance costs are covered.
  • Dependent health insurance is available at the employee’s expense.
  • 401K and Roth IRA retirement savings options. Employees can begin self-deferral after 90 days of employment, starting at the beginning of the next quarter.
