PRN (As-Needed) Healthcare Position
Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat dermatologic conditions
- Perform medical and cosmetic skin procedures
- Provide patient education and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements- MD or DO with Dermatology board certification
- Active state medical license
- Experience in medical and/or cosmetic dermatology
Ideal Candidate- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Reliable internet and phone access.
