Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Successful completion of a Dermatology Residency at an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology.
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or the ability to obtain one).
- Current DEA and state prescribing registrations for medication management.
