PMG Reed's Crossing Dermatology | Hillsboro, Oregon | 0.75 FTE or Full‑Time (1.0 FTE)
Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join our established, physician‑led dermatology group in the Portland, Oregon metro area. This position is based at PMG Reed's Crossing Dermatology, located in Hillsboro-approximately 10 miles west of downtown Portland-and offers an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving practice with strong institutional support.

Position Highlights:
- Flexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days per week) or 1.0 FTE (4 days per week)
- 30 hours per week direct patient care for 1.0 FTE
- Physician-designed schedules with flexibility in template creation
- 15-minute visits for standard appointments
- 30-45 minute procedure slots, based on physician preference
- Immediate patient demand with a robust waitlist
- Cosmetic dermatology opportunities available
- Option to read some or all of your own dermatopathology
- On-site Narrowband UVB phototherapy and photodynamic therapy

Compensation & Incentives:
- Guaranteed base salary of $450,000 annually for 1.0 FTE
- Exceptional earning potential with production bonus. Total compensation can exceed $850K
- Signing bonus of up to $50,000
- Relocation assistance available
- CME allowance of $6,000 plus 80 CME hours annually (1.0 FTE)

Its 1,500+ providers possess a wide range of clinical expertise, including Family and Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, Dermatology and Occupational Medicine.
