Busy Dermatology office seeking experienced Medical Assistant for back office.
Candidates MUST have Dermatology Medical Office experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Back Office Duties include:
- preparing patients for examinations - including taking patient history
- assisting with cosmetic/laser and surgical procedures, including Mohs
- cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing instruments and equipment for various procedures
- preparing lab specimens
- maintaining rooms - including stocking and cleaning
- managing calls from patients, physicians, and pharmacies
- facials, peels, acne treatments
NO new graduates will be interviewed. Dermatology Office experience is highly important.
