Job Description
One of the premier Dermatology practices is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide front and back office support while delivering excellent patient care in a fast-paced specialty clinic. Responsibilities:
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, update medical histories, and prepare patients for provider visits.
- Assist providers with dermatology examinations, minor procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain clinical supplies.
- Perform injections, specimen collection, and other clinical tasks within scope of practice.
- Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, prescription requests, and follow-up care.
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Provide professional patient communication and support efficient clinic flow.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical Assistant experience is required; Dermatology or specialty clinic experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with EMR systems and both front and back office Medical Assistant duties is preferred.
- Medical Assistant certification and current BLS/CPR certification are preferred.

- The pay range is $24.00-$28.00/hr.
