DPS is now hiring a Dermatology Medical Assistant for a Dermatology Clinic in the Houston Willowbrook area with occasional travel to Bellaire and Sugarland.. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.  

Dermatology Medical Assistant 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Location: Houston Willowbrook with occasional travel to Bellaire and Sugarland

Temporary to hire   

Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/ hour + (based on experience)  

Dermatology Medical Assistant Responsibilities: 

• Room patients and obtain vital signs- Assist provider with dermatology procedures and patient care
• Prepare and clean exam rooms before and after patient visits
• Document patient information in the EMR system
• Provide back-office clinical support and maintain patient flow

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Assistant certification required

Job Requirements: 

• 1+ year of dermatology experience required (not cosmetic or aesthetic).
• MOHS experience preferred
• EMA EMR experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of back-office clinical procedures
